Lookin' Through the Trees

When we look through our trees here at the Eagle's Nest, we see many different things.  Look through the trees with us and see what we see.

Faith looks through the trees and watches the softball game at the neighboring Mennonite school.

While walking through the trees to get the mail, I spotted these beautiful bovines roaming around...

These hunters are going to look through some trees for some deer!

Interesting facts about eagles from Bro. Branham:
    And how the trees different from each other. I've watch the bird life, and the animal life, and seen them how they would live and how that God cared for them.
Then I went to studying the eagle. And I learned that there's forty different kinds of eagles. Many of them... The word "eagle" means a "tearer with the bill." And learning that there's forty different types of eagles...
And the eagle is not a vulture. He kills his meat. He eats own prey. Bro. Branham 59-0815

Birds of a Feather.......

It all started with a turtledove.......
then the news spread that the eagles had food to share.  Soon there were several kinds of bird friends enjoying the feast.
At least this dove was nice enough to bow her head, close her eyes,  and give thanks for the food.....

See the woodpecker peeking around the corner in the picture below?.....

The nuthatches grab some seeds and places them in the bark of the tree before eating them.

When Mr. Blue Jay showed up everyone flew the coop.

We had made some feeders by smearing peanut butter on pine cones and rolling them in bird seed then we hung them by wire from branches....they were supposed to be for our bird friends....
Suddenly, someone thought he would join the party.....what they won't do to eat.  Can you imagine hanging by your toes upside down to eat?

Welcome to our Eagle's Nest.  Here are some pictures to give you a tour.

Come on in the driveway....there is a house eagle's nest back there.

Can you see it yet?  Use your eagle eyes.

This is NOT an out house...it's a smokehouse!

The colorful fall leaves are all over the ground.

And here is the den room.  Everyone's favorite!

The front entrance is the walkway where the large mirror is hanging.  Then you walk into the piano and living rooms which are open together.

The large master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and two other extra closets.  There is a small bathroom to the left .
